Texas, Part 2

On Friday Samantha had Preschool so we went to the Heard Museum with Becca and Henry till we met up with Kenneth for lunch.

At the museum they have animals that have been rescued and a little village for kids to play in. Here are a few picture of the animals we saw before hiking one of the trails.

 It felt good to get out and walk. It was nice and warm and the mosquitoes weren't too bad if we kept walking. After lunch we headed home and watched Becca and Henry while Karie got a quick run in and Kenneth picked Samantha up from school. We also took time to play out side for a little while until dinner.

For dinner Kenneth and Karie took us to a high end Stake House in Plano called Bob's. It was really good! Their cream corn and mac and cheese was amazing! We had such a great time getting to spend a meal with just Kenneth and Karie.
