Wedding, Part 2

The place we stayed was also where the rehearsal dinner was so we got to see some of the decorations before they set up. Angie and I headed out with Leth to get our nails done before dinner.

I had made a couple Elephants for Addie's Birthday. We didn't have a chance to give them to her yet so she had fun opening them while we waited for dinner to start. She really liked them.

Before the wedding we took a short trip to Hershey, PA to check out the town and museum.

The museum was interesting. They showed the process of how they use to make it and some of the old containers too. They also had a history of the different candy's and when they started making them.

Our last stop was to Hershey's Chocolate World. We didn't have time to do everything we wanted but enjoyed the time we spent there.

Wedding, Part 1

In October one of my good friends had a wedding in Pennsylvania. The drive was long but beautiful! 

We made one stop in Gettysburg before arriving for the weekend of festivities. We didn't have much time but took Jessica to see several things.

At the Cemetery we had a great guide (which was free that day) who walked us through the cemetery sharing the stories of the soldiers. It was really neat to hear about the different men who fought. We also got to see the spot where Lincoln spoke and gave the Gettysburg Address.

We drove to the Pennsylvania Monument and they had a whole reenactment camp set up. It was fun walking through and talking to everyone.

We finished up out time eating at KFC for Jessica. It was her first time and she really enjoyed it. Next we were off to the wedding festivities.

Bunnies :)

We have new pets in our house. We decided to get bunnies :) The gray bunny is Sky and the white bunny is Luna. Sky is a Mini Rex and Luna is a Holland Lop. They have gotten bigger but wanted to post some pictures of when they were smaller.

Sky wasn't sure about Luna at first but they really love each other now. It is really cute to see them playing, grooming each other, and scaring each other. Plus Luna is super chill and they can be found in very funny situations.

I guess Sky wanted to stretch out too.

We are working to have them more comfortable being held so sometimes they get to sit on the couch with us. Luna likes sitting by my shoulders.

We are really enjoying them and love how funny they are. It is also fun to see how friendly they are becoming and I have even started taking them to work. They have been doing really well.

Birthday in Michigan

For my Birthday this year we went up to Michigan. We spent Saturday at Titus's Football game. We had lots of blankets to keep warm :)

After the Game we took Jessica to Anderson and Girls for donuts and animals :) They have a few new animals which was fun to see.

Saturday night we went out for dinner and to a movie while Jessica Babysat the kids. We had a lot of fun and Jessica enjoyed time with Titus and Damaris. On Sunday we stopped at my parents for dinner before heading home.
