We went to see our friends new baby (2.5 weeks old) and she had a stare down with Dan...

Baby Zebra
After shopping around Frankenmuth we drove to my sister's house to spend the night with them and go to church with them in the morning. We had fun surprising my nephew and niece and showing them the dance steps we have learned from our lessons. On Sunday we got the kids ready for church and drove them as my sister had to go early for praise team and Stephen leaves at 4 or 5 in the morning to get ready to preach.
After church we went to see the Baby Zebra at Anderson and Girls...as usually we had a lot of fun.
We had a lot of fun walking around and even got to pet the Baby Zebra. We were excited to finally see her, last time she had been at the Veterinarian. We bought donuts and Apple Cider :) ....a Sunday afternoon well spent!

Frankenmuth
Dan and I went to Frankenmuth this past weekend to celebrate a weekend away for our Anniversary. We had a lot of fun going to Bronner's in the morning and being transported instantly to Christmas. Once we were done shopping we hit the town for some lunch and see the scarecrows by the shops.
Once we had gotten our Fudge and walked around town we decided to go to the Outlet Mall just down the road. Dan was a trooper and helped me find some clothes for work...and we had fun shopping.

Flowers
The flowers that I planted this summer are still blooming! I took these pictures on the 16th of this month and as of today they both are in full bloom...I am impressed.

Wedding
Last weekend Dan and I had an afternoon wedding. One of my friends from Cambodia was getting married and I was excited to see her and one of our other friends from Cambodia was going to be there as a Bridesmaid. Here are some pictures from the wedding:

We had a really good time and enjoyed Adam's friends from Georgia who were at our table. I had fun catching up with Danielle and finding out how she has been doing, I haven't seen her in almost 3 years. Dan and I even got to try out our new dance steps on the dance floor. We started taking Dance Lessons this past week and are loving it.

Mississinewa 1812
On Saturday Dan and I went down to Marion to attend Mississinewa 1812, it is a weekend of re-enactments, good food, and fun things to buy. We met up with some friends and enjoyed walking around, chatting, and eating some good food before watching the battle :)

Our friends got hats for their kids...one of them was a skunk skin...which I thought was really cute. We had amazing weather, last year we got rained out and it was a lot more fun not watching the sky the whole day.

Birthday weekend continued...
On Saturday Dan and I headed to the train to spend the day at Sheds Aquarium in Chicago. We left a little later then we wanted because the train station was not well marked so we missed the earlier train that we were hoping to keep. But we caught the next train and enjoyed reading on our ride into the city.
Once we got into the Aquarium we grabbed some lunch and enjoyed sitting outside while we waited. The weather was perfect and it was hard to believe it was October. It did start raining while we were inside and had to catch our bus and walk through the down pour to get back to our train...we were drenched.
Here are some pictures from the Aquarium...they had really good exhibits and we had a great time exploring and seeing everything they had.
We then met up with a friend from college and had dinner with her and her husband. We spent the night at their house and enjoyed hanging out the rest of the evening. On Sunday we went to church, ate lunch, and then packed up to head home. It was a very fun weekend and felt very restful.
